Job summary

ILIOS is the construction partner for the STEP fusion programme in the UK. The Assistant Project Controls Engineer supports reporting, cost management and document control across a portfolio, working with PMO and project teams to ensure timely, accurate data and governance.

The role is hybrid with three days per week on site at West Burton Power Station, Retford, Nottinghamshire, permanent contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in project controls, cost reporting and document

Qualifications

• Experience in a project controls or PMO role within a project-based environment.
• Understanding of cost management, reporting, change control and performance measurement.
• Experience preparing reports and supporting governance activities.
• Knowledge of document control processes and document management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain project performance reports and dashboards for governance.
• Support cost management including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and change control.
• Administer and maintain project documentation with accuracy and auditable records.
• Support data collection, validation and analysis of project performance data.
• Coordinate reporting cycles, action tracking and meeting support.
