Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Document Controller in the UK to manage and control project documentation across the design lifecycle.

You will ensure versioning, approval workflows, and timely distribution to internal and external stakeholders, enabling compliant, traceable information flow. The role is hybrid, requiring regular office attendance for meetings and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in the UK.

Qualifications

• GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent incl. English & Maths.
• Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, ProjectWise, Viewpoint, Asite, SharePoint).
• Experience in document control, project administration or information management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy and retention.
• Manage numbering, revisions, and approval workflows for current information.
• Distribute drawings, reports, specs, and deliverables to stakeholders on time.
• Ensure documentation complies with standards, quality procedures, and client requirements.
• Maintain document registers, monitor workflow status, and report on reviews and deliverables.
