Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an organised Document Controller to join our Engineering team on UK projects, based mainly at our Clevedon office with hybrid options. You will manage project documentation within Dalux, ensuring accurate version control and accessible information across multi-disciplinary teams.

You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to maintain data integrity, support audits, and continuously improve information management across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience using Dalux or another CDE platform.
• Awareness of BS EN ISO 19650 Information Management principles.
• Strong organisational, communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation within Dalux, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Coordinate review, approval and distribution of drawings and documents across multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain document registers, metadata and project records throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on document control processes and CDE use.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of information management.
