Job summary

MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to coordinate, package and issue client submittals for engineering projects. You will assemble project documentation from internal and external stakeholders into structured, submittal-compliant packages in line with contractual requirements.

You will manage document workflows in the Client Document Management System, track revisions, support manufacturing and construction documentation, and identify gaps to keep the project on

Qualifications

• Proficient with SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using document management systems/portals.
• Ability to understand, interpret and communicate engineering drawings.
• Ability to create document submittal packages.
• Good understanding of project execution processes.
• Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to work.
• Highly organised with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, package and issue client submittals for engineering projects.
• Collate project documentation from internal and external stakeholders into structured, submittal-compliant packages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and third parties to obtain technical documentation and ensure alignment with deliverables.
• Submit, manage and maintain project documentation within the Client Document Management System with accurate metadata.
• Administer document workflows including submission, revision control, review cycles and approval tracking.
• Support document control activities and prepare manufacturing/construction documentation packages as required.
• Identify gaps or non-compliances in submittal packages and communicate via stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Be open to training and broaden knowledge.
• Collect, monitor, process and analyse data, reporting findings and recommendations.
• Provide timely and accurate information.
