Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager to join a fast-paced digital team. You will drive online sales, profitability and customer experience across multiple channels, apps and concessions.

You’ll oversee daily trading, forecasting and promotions, optimize onsite experiences and coordinate with cross-functional teams to push conversion and margin growth. Hybrid London-based role with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in online trading within a fast-paced digital retail environment, ideally fashion.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Advanced Excel and good knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, SAP Hybris, Fredhopper/Attraqt or ContentSquare would be advantageous.

Job description

A leading multi-channel fashion footwear retailer is looking for an experiencedecommerce trading managerto join its fast-paced digital team. With multiple online channels, apps and concessions, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in driving online sales, profitability and customer experience across a well-established and highly recognisable retail business.

The role will be responsible for supporting online sales and profit targets, managing day-to-day trading performance, forecasting and promotional activity across digital channels. You’ll oversee the onsite trading and content calendar, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue and margin. You’ll also work closely with buying & merchandising, marketing, distribution, technology and project teams, while supporting and developing members of the ecommerce team. A key part of the role will be driving onsite optimisation, visual merchandising, A/B testing, UX improvements and wider ecommerce projects.

We’re looking for someone with3+ years’ experience in online trading within a fast-paced digital retail environment, ideally within fashion. You’ll need a strong commercial and analytical mindset, excellent visual merchandising skills and a strong eye for detail, alongside advanced Excel and good knowledge of Google Analytics, VM tools and basic HTML. Experience with platforms such as Shopify, SAP Hybris, Fredhopper/Attraqt or ContentSquare would be advantageous. Most importantly, you’ll be proactive, commercially driven, confident making decisions and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

In return the company are offering a salary of up to £55,000, with bonus and lots of other great benefits. It’s based in central London, with four days in the office and one from home.
