Dune London is seeking a commercially driven Digital Trading Manager on a 1-year fixed-term contract to maximise sales, conversion and profitability across digital channels. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise product performance, trading plans and customer experiences, supporting growth across UK and international websites.

Qualifications

Significant ecommerce trading experience with proven sales growth.
Strong commercial acumen in trading, merchandising and promotions.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Solid SEO understanding and digital best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in international or multi-market ecommerce.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day trading and execution of UK and international websites, ensuring seamless CX.
Analyze trading performance and produce regular reporting to drive sales and profitability.
Optimize on-site merchandising, search, navigation, personalization and promos.
Own digital trading strategy, contribute to site enhancements and A/B testing.
Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, Buying and Merchandising teams to drive growth.
Plan, execute and evaluate promotional campaigns with stock alignment.
Lead, coach and develop the Ecommerce Assistant.
