Significant experience within digital trading, ecommerce, category management or digital strategy.
Proven track record of driving commercial growth within an online retail environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Digital Trading Managers.
Conduct regular 1-1s, performance reviews and objective setting.
Support individual development plans and career progression.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative and commercially focused culture.
Ensure consistency in trading practices, weekly narrative insight generation and stakeholder engagement across the team.
