Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join a busy SaaS consultancy. This role suits candidates with agency or external client experience, capable of handling multiple priorities across varied projects and evolving product roadmaps.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2 days in the office) on deliveries from discovery to delivery, create and own user stories, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agency/consultancy environment with external stakeholders.
• Experience with Web, CMS, or CRM projects.
• Requirements gathering and creation of user stories.
• Backlog management and delivery lifecycle involvement.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills – internal and external.
• Understanding and familiarity with SDLC and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
• Gather and clarify requirements with external clients and stakeholders.
• Create and own user stories; align delivery with the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with developers to unblock progress and manage risks.
• Deliver across multiple projects within a busy SaaS consultancy.
