Job summary

Coventry City Council’s Digital Services team seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge our services and digital team, reviewing processes and systems, and identifying opportunities for improvement to deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions.

You will work with stakeholders across departments, develop proposals, and design process and system models while ensuring alignment with the Council’s objectives and regulatory obligations. The role is hybrid with two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital processes and systems.
• Diploma or equivalent in business analysis is required.
• Ability to gather requirements and model processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Council services and the Digital Team, reviewing processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support delivery of customer-focused solutions.
• Develop proposals and process and system design models aligned with strategic objectives.
