Job summary

Homes England, the Housing and Regeneration Agency, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Delivery team. You will help shape requirements, manage backlogs, and develop user stories in an agile environment while supporting projects that may use waterfall methodologies when required.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure digital services are modern, efficient and user-focused, contributing to governance and infrastructure improvements across Homes England.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst with delivering in agile environments.
• Experience managing product backlogs and developing user stories.
• Comfortable working on projects using waterfall methodologies when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
