Homes England is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape and improve the Help to Buy service within a dynamic, cross-functional team. You will line-manage Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while aligning product strategy with organisational goals.

You will drive agile delivery, coach teams, and apply continuous improvement to public-facing services, balancing policy, operations and user needs to deliver meaningful outcomes for the agency.

• Experience leading product teams in large, complex digital services.
• Ability to coach and develop Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
• Strong Agile and Lean practices with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to define long-term product vision aligned to government services.
