DWP Digital is recruiting Business Analysts to shape and deliver digital transformation that impacts millions of people across the UK. Working in multidisciplinary Agile teams, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure products and services deliver real value for users and the organisation.

You’ll be involved from discovery through to implementation and benefits realisation, using a range of BA techniques to understand problems, define effective solutions

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering business analysis across the full project and change lifecycle.
• Proven ability to apply a broad range of BA techniques to identify problems and shape solutions.
• Experience eliciting, defining and managing business, user and system requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience using business modelling to analyse processes and organisational needs.
