Job summary

Great Places Housing Association is seeking a Digital Learning Officer on a fixed-term contract (up to 18 months) based at Head Office, Didsbury. You will manage Thrive LMS, oversee learning delivery, attendance, and reporting, and drive data-driven improvements across the learning journey.

You will collaborate with the People Development team to coordinate learning activities, develop content, and ensure a high standard of customer service for internal colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong digital and systems capability across learning platforms and tools.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with data and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Thrive learning platform; manage queries, issues and enhancements.
• Coordinate essential learning offer and team-led initiatives; support planning, scheduling and delivery.
• Produce and manage regular learning data and reports; support compliance and audits.
• Maintain accurate learning records and provide high-quality customer service and guidance.
