Qualifications

• Experience in learning, L&D, HR or people coordination.
• Experience using and supporting a Learning Management System or learning platform.
• Experience producing reports with learning data.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for Thrive learning platform, handling queries and enhancements.
• Ensure platform supports all learning activities and reporting.
• Promote platform usage with dashboards and data insights.
• Maintain platform setup for role-specific learning and compliance.
