Job summary

Great Places Housing Association is hiring a Digital Learning Officer on a fixed-term contract to 18 months. The role is based at Head Office in Didsbury, Manchester, with a salary of £29,832.42 per year.

You will manage Thrive, the learning platform, and drive adoption across the organisation. Responsibilities include coordinating learning activity, producing reports and data for audits, and supporting managers with dashboards to monitor progress and completion.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent experience (desirable).
• Experience of using and supporting a Learning Management System or learning platform.
• Experience of producing reports and working with learning or people data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Thrive learning platform, handling queries and enhancements.
• Ensure platform supports all learning activity, attendance, assignments and reporting.
• Promote effective use of the platform and optimise dashboards and data insights for managers.
