Job summary

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Learning Platform Co-ordinator at our Head Office in Manchester. You’ll shape how learning is experienced across the organisation, using the Thrive platform to deliver, track and improve learning delivery including face-to-face, blended and digital options.

Working with the People Development team, you’ll manage system queries, dashboards and reporting, maintain access and learning assignments, and support audits with accurate data.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent.
• Experience in learning, L&D or people coordination.
• Experience using and supporting a Learning Management System.
• Experience producing reports and working with learning data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Thrive, managing day-to-day queries.
• Ensure the platform supports learning activity and reporting.
• Promote platform use and support dashboards for managers.
• Maintain platform setup with role-based learning.
• Support development of new system functionality and integrations.
• Coordinate learning offers and team initiatives.
• Create or update digital learning content.
• Produce and manage regular learning data and reports.
• Share data with stakeholders for compliance and decision making.
• Provide audit-ready learning data and support audits.
• Deliver high-standard customer service to internal customers.
