PwC is seeking a Digital Design Consultant (FTC) in Birmingham to lead technology-enabled learning design for the Design Hub. You will partner with Design Consultants and SMEs to understand training needs and propose digital solutions that enhance learning experiences while managing risk in new and existing technologies.

You will collaborate with teams to pilot tools, document adoption processes, and maintain supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled learning experiences.
• Experience briefing and training onsite teams on tech aspects of programmes.
• Experience maintaining tools to support learning design delivery.
• Experience coordinating with Learning Experience teams for programme logistics.

Responsabilités

• Propose, create/curate and implement technology-enabled learning experiences at a programmatic level.
• Collaborate with the Innovation and Insights team to pilot and implement new technology into TD&C programmes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services of existing tech suppliers and recommend as needed.
• Demonstrate a creative approach to learning design leveraging technology to improve learner experience.
