Job summary

Cambridge Consultants is seeking a proactive Junior Digital Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team in Cambridge. You will own digital learning activities, from design to delivery, including AI-enabled learning initiatives, learning technology administration and analytics.

You’ll create engaging learning content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure learning solutions align with business needs. Flexible working is offered, with occasional office visits required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or Digital Learning.
• Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement.
• Experience using learning technologies and LMS.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions using modern learning design principles.
• Create learning assets including pathways, guides, videos and blended experiences.
• Translate complex topics into accessible learning solutions with SMEs.
• Align content to priorities, learner needs and capabilities.
• Evaluate and improve learner experiences using feedback and data.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability of learning design.
• Act as administrator for learning platforms and manage content libraries.
• Produce reports on learner engagement and impact.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and promote learning opportunities.
