Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Digital Design Senior Associate within the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence. You will translate learning objectives into technology-enabled experiences and support rollout of digital solutions across programmes, while driving improvement and managing risk considerations.

The role involves collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver learning content and to enable flagship programmes; travel to UK sites may be required as part of delivery across

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital learning design and how to enhance creativity and effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions.
• Experience with learning technologies and digital design governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end design and rollout of technology-enabled learning programmes.
• Provide consultative support to the design team and CoE on digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable content development and ensure client needs are central.
• Support flagship programme delivery, including UK travel when required.
