PwC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence. You will translate learning objectives into technology-enabled learning experiences, support rollout, and contribute to delivery across programmes with international travel when required.

You will collaborate with SMEs, design teams and stakeholders to ensure content meets client needs while adhering to governance, risk, and branding requirements.

• Knowledge of digital learning design and how digital learning can enhance creativity and effectiveness.

• Ability to work across teams and adapt to different learning contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end design and rollout of technology-enabled learning programmes, including documenting live/virtual requirements and supporting delivery when needed.
• Provide consultative support to the wider design team and the CoE on adopting and using digital learning solutions; help build and maintain enabling resources.
• Apply appropriate digital design and governance considerations, such as risk management, accessibility, IP, brand requirements, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable content development, keep client needs central in decisions, and support flagship programme delivery, including UK and international travel when required.
