Job summary

The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate. You’ll analyse performance across the College’s website, email and social channels, turning data into actionable insight to shape content and campaigns.

You’ll implement and maintain tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, produce dashboards, and work with Content and Brand teams to measure success against objectives and KPIs. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing and interpreting data from digital platforms and turning insights into recommendations for non-specialist colleagues.
• Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations for content and campaigns.
• Experience creating dashboards and automated reports measuring performance against KPIs.
• Experience using segmentation, A/B testing or dynamic content within email marketing to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College’s digital channels, including website, email and social media.
• Maintain analytics dashboards and produce regular insight highlighting trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Implement, test and maintain tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate measurement.
• Work with Content and Brand colleagues to establish measures for campaigns and evaluate performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse campaign and audience behaviour across digital channels to identify what drives engagement.
• Use email performance data to identify opportunities to improve targeting and engagement.
