Job summary

ADLIB is seeking a Digital Analyst to become the go-to for digital insight, helping teams understand customer behaviour, digital performance and the impact of marketing investment. The role is based in East Sussex with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days per week in the office.

You’ll own GA4 analytics, analyse digital activity, measure ROI, support A/B testing programmes and translate findings into actionable insights to drive conversion and customer experience.

Qualifications

• GA4 experience to own analytics and insight.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and modeling.
• Experience analysing digital, web or ecommerce performance.
• Ability to measure and communicate ROI across digital channels.
• Experience supporting A/B testing and optimisation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Translate data into actionable business insight.
• Ability to work autonomously in a developing analytics environment.
• Python experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in retail/ecommerce or consumer-focused businesses is advantageous.
