Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst at its Head Office in London for a 37.5 hour per week role. The position focuses on GA4 analytics, campaign measurement and data-driven marketing optimisations in collaboration with Marketing, IT and Digital teams.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio, analyse ROI, and present findings to stakeholders to drive evidence-based decisions. Salary is competitive and experience-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 2+ years in digital marketing analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Extensive GA4 experience including custom events and conversions.
• Proven ROI analysis of digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of tracking technologies and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Utilise GA4 to monitor, analyse and report website performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor traffic, engagement, conversions and customer journeys to spot optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure accurate tracking through events, conversions and user properties.
• Analyse campaigns to evaluate ROI and commercial performance.
• Develop dashboards/reports with Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Present data to stakeholders in a clear, commercially focused way.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Digital teams on tracking strategies.
• Stay updated on analytics trends and best practices.
