Qualifications

• Experience analysing data from GA4, Search Console, social media and email platforms.
• Ability to create dashboards and reports measuring performance against KPIs.
• Experience with segmentation, A/B testing or dynamic content in email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative and organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College’s digital channels, including website, email and social media.
• Maintain analytics dashboards and produce regular insight highlighting trends, changes in performance and opportunities to improve engagement.
• Implement, test and maintain tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring digital activity is measured accurately and consistently.
• Work with Content and Brand colleagues to establish appropriate measures for campaigns and evaluate performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse campaign and audience behaviour across digital channels, identifying the content, channels and approaches driving engagement.
• Use email performance data, segmentation and A/B testing to identify opportunities to improve targeting and engagement.
