Job summary

The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking a Digital Analytics Coordinator to join the Communications Directorate. You will analyse performance across our website, email and social channels, turning complex data into clear insight that informs how we plan and evaluate content and campaigns.

You’ll ensure accurate measurement using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and work with Content and Brand teams to shape testing and improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to collect and interpret performance data across digital channels.
• Translate data into actionable insights for content and campaigns.
• Maintain data quality and robust measurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and present performance data across the College's digital channels.
• Maintain analytics dashboards and produce regular insight highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Implement, test and maintain tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Establish measures for campaigns and evaluate performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse campaign and audience behaviour to identify driving content and channels.
• Use email performance data, segmentation and A/B testing to improve targeting and engagement.
