Job summary

CPM is hiring a Customer Support & Technical Advisor in Stokenchurch for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days at home). The position offers a base salary of £25,235 with a bonus of up to £1,000 per year and opportunities to work with Guinness quality processes.

You will provide primary customer support across phone, email, and SMS, diagnosing issues remotely and collaborating with engineers to enhance technical knowledge. Prior hospitality or call centre experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and SMS channels.
• Manage a variety of customer enquiries, from general support requests to more complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot faults remotely and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with field-based and office-based engineers to increase your technical expertise.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities.
• Build knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
