Confidential is seeking a Client Services Advisor (call centre) in Aylesbury, offering hybrid working from 3 days at home and 2 days in the office. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch, and a salary of 23,831 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre is highly beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across telephone, email, webchat and written communications.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
• Accurately process, validate and maintain customer records and data.
• Promote relevant products and services to customers where appropriate.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Support customers with online services and website navigation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and departmental processes.
• Capture customer feedback and ensure it is communicated appropriately.
• Work towards individual and team KPI targets and quality standards.
