TSG UK is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our busy Service Support team in Basildon. This permanent role offers hybrid working after your initial training and supports career development across the UK.

You will be the first point of contact for client communications, responding to calls and emails, updating customer portals, and ensuring co-workers are kept up to date to coordinate field-based service teams smoothly.
