Job summary

1st Central is seeking three Customer Services Advisors to join our Haywards Heath academy. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email and webchat, shaping the customer journey and supporting improvements.

The role begins with 6 months in-office training, followed by hybrid work (3 days home, 2 days in office). Strong communication, time management and problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FCA requirements (including individual responsibilities in relation to Consumer Duty).
• Proven customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of customer service activities and contribute to improvement initiatives that support evolving business needs.
• Represent customer feedback and meet agreed service and performance standards.
• Follow established processes and the Customer Service Progression Matrix.
• Be accountable for the management of your caseload and deliver against key performance objectives.
• Support customers with policy servicing activities across the non-claims lifecycle via phone and digital channels as required.
• Provide feedback and insights with ongoing process improvements and ways of working.
