Starling Bank is seeking a Customer Service Team Member in Cardiff to join a hybrid team. You will respond to customers through phone, email, live chat and social media, owning solutions and driving service improvements from day one.

The role emphasizes resilience, clear communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment. The position offers a starting salary of £28,000 with a 37.5 hour week, training in-office for 5 weeks, and then a mix of home and office work.
