Job summary

Starling Bank is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for the Twilight shift in Cardiff. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly service across phone, email, live chat and social media, and owning problem resolution from start to finish.

The role offers hybrid working with training in the office, a 6-week onboarding period, and an emphasis on work-life balance. Competitive salary is provided with pro-rata considerations for 25 hours.
