Job summary

Starling Bank in Cardiff is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, live chat and social media. The role involves responding to a wide range of queries with a focus on service and ownership, in a fast changing environment, with training and support provided.

Starting salary £22,400 (based on £28,000 FTE) with hybrid working after a 5-week training in the office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resilient, able to handle challenging conversations.
• Basic IT skills to navigate laptops and systems.
• Comfortable engaging customers via phone, email, live chat and social media.
