Job summary

Starling Bank in Cardiff is seeking a Twilight - Part Time Customer Service Team Member to deliver outstanding service across phone, email, live chat and social media, while embracing hybrid working and a 25-hour week.

There is a 6-week in-office training period, with early weeks 9:00–17:30, then a shift pattern balancing in-office and home working. The starting salary is £28,000 FTE, pro‑rata for 25 hours.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and helpful in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and social media.
