Job summary

LV= Life & Pensions seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Reconnections team and a 9-month Fixed Term Contract in the Protection Existing Business team. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working and required presence at our Bournemouth office after training.

You will support customers mainly by phone or email, handling policy-related inquiries with care and empathy, contributing to a positive customer experience and team goals.
