Job summary

LV= Life and Pensions in Bournemouth is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our Reconnections team on a permanent basis, with a 9-month fixed-term contract in the Protection Existing Business team. You’ll handle customer communications by phone and email, helping members during challenging times with care and empathy.

You’ll be trained, mentored on systems and processes, with a supportive team culture and opportunities for progression within our career framework; hybrid working

• Experience of providing outstanding customer service, across retail, hospitality, or healthcare.
