IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own customer enquiries, renewals, and commercial processes in a newly created role. You will join a friendly team, manage CRM, and take ownership of improving processes.

The role is on-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid, with a salary around £30k-£32k and private healthcare, pension and holiday benefits. Based locally to Brighton is essential.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service, sales support, sales administration or account management.
• Friendly, professional telephone manner and strong data accuracy.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound enquiries and manage customer meetings.
• Coordinate renewals and ensure opportunities are followed through.
• Maintain the CRM and prepare quotations.
• Support commercial reporting and data accuracy.
• Avoid cold calling and focus on customer relationships and processes.
• Work with senior management and shape this new role.
