Job summary

Hastings Direct in Leicester is seeking a Customer Renewals Advisor to be the first contact for customers at renewal. You will listen actively, understand policy changes and use our systems to present the best product and price for their insurance needs.

The role requires clear communication, both verbal and written, and a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes. Training is provided with hybrid working after completion.
