Electrolux is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. Based in our Luton office with hybrid working options, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You will collaborate across the business to deliver excellent outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute ideas to improve the service we provide.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records in our systems.
