Qualifications

• Experience underwriting Commercial or Personal Lines or agricultural insurance.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth areas and drive new business.
• Ability to build and maintain broker relationships or have existing broker connections.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and negotiate new and/or existing Agricultural business within your authority.
• Build and maintain excellent broker relationships through regular engagement.
• Apply pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and support broker team ideas; represent our brand at broker meetings and events as needed.
