Job summary

Team4rec is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Hungerford-based role offering hybrid working from office and home after training. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries, and providing friendly, professional support.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, reception or call handling, strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), and a calm, proactive problem-solver.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service, Call Centre, Receptionist or Call Handler role.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Good basic IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries in a professional manner.
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing advice and support.
• Troubleshoot equipment and machine-related issues and resolve problems where possible.
• Log product and service issues, process customer transactions and other administrative tasks.
