Job summary

Start Monday Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Hungerford team. This hybrid role combines office and home-based work after training, with typical hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will handle incoming calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries, provide friendly advice, troubleshoot equipment, log issues, and process transactions. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a pension and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre, receptionist or call handler roles.
• A friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Good IT skills with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership of inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and provide helpful advice.
• Troubleshoot equipment and machine issues where possible.
• Log product and service issues and assist with resolutions.
• Process customer transactions, refunds and other administrative tasks.
