Job summary

Taking Care Group in Exeter is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor for a part-time role (15–17.5 hours weekly). You will handle warm sales leads, process payments, and identify opportunities for additional products while balancing empathy and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone/conversational selling and working in a call centre environment for 1+ years.
• Ability to handle warm leads and convert into sales while maintaining empathy.
• Ability to work to targets and KPIs and provide excellent call quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle proactive calls to meet business needs and targets.
• Process customer payments and manage follow-up tasks according to KPIs.
• Order collateral for prospective clients and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Conduct pre-agreed follow-up calls and perform related admin tasks.
• Identify opportunities and address customer concerns using emotional intelligence.
