Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is recruiting a Temporary Customer Advisor for a client in the EX5 area of Exeter. The role starts in the W/C 2nd November 2026 and is office-based with standard hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will handle customer service calls and email queries in a busy office, provide accurate data entry, and contribute to service improvements. Immediate start required; you should be confident on the phone and computer literate.

Formación

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse information and make informed decisions based on data insights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Manage incoming service requests and follow up with clients.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records of customer interactions and service requests.
