Job summary

Morson Group is seeking Customer Service Advisors to support Public Sector and Large Business clients from our Exeter Head Office. Roles are on a renewable 12-month contract with a hybrid working pattern after essential training; you will work 1 day in-office and 4 days remotely.

The office location is Gadeon House, Exeter, EX1 3UT, with standard hours 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 37 paid hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of Customer Service within a business/commercial environment.
• A natural who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Clear, confident, verbal and written communication skills
• Competent user of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A calm and considerate approach to customer interactions
• Attention to detail
• Resilience - knowing when to ask for help and knowing when to challenge
• An appetite for learning new systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Assist and support public sector and large business customers daily.
• Be the first point of contact, guiding customers from contract signature to energy goals.
• Resolve billing queries and help customers navigate their accounts.
• Deliver a seamless service reflecting the company's commitment to sustainability.
• Work within a collaborative team that values ideas and improvement.
• Respond to written and phone enquiries from large Public Sector clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Explain energy contracts and services to customers.
