Job summary

ETL Systems Ltd is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to be the friendly first point of contact for customers, helping with quotes, order progress, and inquiries. You will collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare quotes, proposals, and orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while reflecting our high-quality brand.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Production teams to streamline processes, create new model numbers with descriptions and datasheets, and maintain

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic Excel
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to support sales admin
• Ability to learn CRM/ERP tools with training

Responsibilities

• Create sales quotations promptly and accurately
• Process sales orders on time
• Handle general admin tasks and update CRM/SharePoint records
• Create new model numbers with product descriptions and datasheets
• Maintain pricelists and product datasheets
• Liaise with supply base to optimise solutions for customers and suppliers
