Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support or Order Management.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Process credits, debits and customer account amendments.
• Maintain and update customer master data records.
• Monitor customer credit limits and respond to enquiries.
• Prepare and issue quotations with pricing and lead times.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Produce regular reports and performance statistics.
