Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Networking certifications such as CompTIA Networking, JNCIA or CCNA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone manner.
• Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process quotes and sales orders for clients, meeting KPI targets.
• Collaborate proactively with teams across the company.
• Review new sales leads in the CRM for data accuracy and validity.
