Job summary

Rhp is seeking a Customer Intelligence Analyst to help us understand our customers and make evidence-based decisions. You’ll work in our Innovation team alongside our Service Designer, bringing together qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer needs, behaviours and experiences, and turning what you find into useful insight.

That insight will help us shape future services and priorities, as well as improve how our services work today.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer insight, user research or related field.
• Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer needs, behaviours and experiences.
• Collaborative approach and ability to bring evidence together to build a shared understanding of customers.

Responsibilities

• Turn insights into useful, actionable recommendations for service design and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape future services and priorities.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders to influence decision making.
