ILS is seeking a Data Analyst to transform ProVision usage, support and customer data into clear reporting that guides Customer Support and Customer Success. You will build reporting from the ground up and collaborate with the founders and product team to shape metrics and improvements.

The role is hands-on and requires taking ownership, bringing ideas, and growing with the business as it scales. A hybrid, UK-based working environment and close interaction with leadership are provided.

Formación

• 2+ years in data/analytics, preferably SaaS.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with BI or product analytics tools.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Attention to detail and clear communication with non-technical colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Track and report on support ticket volume, themes and response times by firm and user.
• Build and maintain adoption dashboards for each customer firm.
• Identify training opportunities and produce regular reporting for teams.
• Analyse product usage and work with Product to define key metrics.
• Ensure data quality across Zendesk, HubSpot and Amplitude and automate reports.
