Job summary

You will build KPI dashboards, analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑led decisions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Analyst or similar analytics role.
• Experience working with large customer/retail/e‑commerce datasets.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Produce analysis and recommendations to support commercial and customer decisions.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting using data visualisation tools.
• Analyse customer behaviour, purchasing trends, retention metrics and satisfaction.
• Deliver regular customer insight reporting on product performance and seasonality.
• Support store and channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Define customer segments and measure engagement campaigns.
